Chronic Gastritis Lifestyle Runway

Ulcer disease is no longer a disease that sounded foreign. Most people would know about this disease, especially the workers. To know for sure is with endoscopic gastritis. Based on research conducted by Brains & Co.. with PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk.recorded five of the 10 people, or one of two professional people working in big cities potentially affected by an ulcer.
There are several factors that can cause ulcer disease. The first is an irregular eating patterns, often too late to eat, a lot of spicy foods, sour, coffee, soda and alcohol, will cause the release of excessive stomach acid and cause injury to the stomach wall.

The second factor is psychological. When we are in a state of depression, stress, sadness, the stomach acid will also be out excessively and can hurt the stomach.Another factor that is no less important is the cigarette. Smoking increases gastric acid and inhibit the wound healing process in the stomach.

These things can unwittingly cause symptoms of pain or discomfort in the liver, upper gastrointestinal tract and surrounding organs, or commonly known as ulcer disease (syndrome dispesia). Its accompanying symptoms such as nausea, bloating, feeling full, early satiety, frequent burping and even vomiting.Severe ulcer disease that may cause bleeding in the stomach. If bleeding continues to occur would certainly endanger the lives of sufferers.

Ulcer disease stages are there, if not treated, then the stomach will hurt. This will continue to be chronic or acute gastritis, and subsequently develop into gastric cancer. Ulcer disease can make the sufferer dies, because there is pain caused by tumors (polyps) or cancer of the stomach.

Better to prevent than cure

So there are a few suggestions to get used to living healthy, eating regularly, and that is important not to leave the breakfast. Also avoid foods that trigger the production of excess stomach acid and the conditions that trigger stress.

Stomach can not be empty or too full. Do not eat spicy food, acid, coffee, alcohol or smoking. Do not stress, calm the mind to always think positive. Ulcer disease can be cured if we adopt healthier eating patterns.
